Message dated May 19 was received, stating the Governor signed the                                  
following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                             
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                  
                                                                                                    
          SENATE BILL NO. 25 "An Act relating to labeling                                           
          and identification of genetically modified fish and
